doc: Usage guide/instructions

Hi there, I have found this project and am very interested in checking it out and using it. However I am not an expert in JavaScript. It would be useful for new users (like myself) to have a section of documentation to explain even just the basics of how to use the project.

The project looks awesome.

It mostly is just markdown (https://www.markdownguide.org/); the user/admin does not need to modify the JS.
