[Feature Request] - Sidebar, instead of "More" just show the extensions as pages/nav items

We'd really like this feature added. We've modified the code manually to do this but would like it built in for ease of use. Essentially right now additional extensions get thrown under the More tab. However, we'd like if an option was available to just display them as normal nav items. Even if it just has a default icon. It would be cool if we can pick the icon for the extension as well.
