Implement metric annotation

Metric annotation is not properly implemented yet, it requires an extra 'value' field to be added.

May be relevant for @ErkanBasar and @sbrugman

@ErkanBasar: I'm delaying this one until after v0.9.0, I think editing the structure class feature is probably a better solution for your use case.
