Describe the use case Allowing users to hover over certain words instead of linking out to understand the definition.

Describe the problem Currently, it's a hyperlink rabbit hole for reading definitions of well-defined vocabulary words.

Proposed Solution Implement a mouse-over feature that lists the definition of certain well-defined words like smart contracts, blockchain, etc.

Create a feature where we can highlight specific words on the curriculum with a mouse hover.
