The typo that was fixed in the default commit message of the "Merge ontologies" action is still present in WebProtege

The default commit message in WebProtege contains a typo. It says "Applied changes from en external edit" instead of "Applied changes from an external edit"

This typo was fixed back in 2020, in the ApplyChangesViewImpl.ui.xml file, but apparently it still didn't make it into the WebProtege that is running on the Stanford server.
