Windows 10 Path issue

If you are on windows 10 compile BSP will just die

It is because this variable expression isn't quote wrapped https://github.com/promod/CoD4-Mod-Tools/blob/master/bin/CoD4CompileTools/cod4compiletools_compilebsp.bat#L77
