Added navigation/toolbar and indicator for image count

  • Added protocol to make adjustments to navigation- and toolbar like changing the bar style or adding buttons
  • Added a very simple example for this functionality
  • Removed the existing button in favor of a UIBarButtonItem in the new navigation bar
  • Added spine for UIPageViewController to highlight how many images there are
