Feature: Remove resend, stripe, edgestore, cron env variable dependency

Current behavior

The following functionalities don't seem to be fully utilized or implemented therefore there's no need to set them up right now. For the alpha. If they are being used for something specific then they can stay.

• Resend
• Stripe
• Edge Store
• CRON

Suggested solution

• Just to keep things simple for now, does it make sense to remove these as dependencies that user's need to setup ?

@akinwol, Just a few thoughts:

• I agree that we should make resend and stripe optional to streamline contribution.
• Don't even know what edge store is used for right now
• CRON is the only way we have (at the moment) to fetch new open banking data (balances, transactions). So I don't see how remove it can benefit the alpha version

Don't even know what edge store is used for right now

• Right now, nothing. This was if we where going to upload to S3 with own files. Used it on another project, that why i still got it. Its nothing that we need right now, and should be optional.

@matteobad I figured until its built its not needed. But we can keep CRON. For now one idea Im thinking for alpha we can have users manually refresh data to get the most recent data since last refresh. It may not be the greatest experience but we can do that until the automated refresh is there ? Would also mean we get to a usable product quicker. Unless the automation is super simple to do.
