RFE: openshift: automatically create a routeConfig from a prameter

As a deployment guy, I want use the OpenShift provider for deployment, and I want the OpenShift provide to automatically create a OpenShift Route from a parameter so that the services deployed are reachable via a given (parameterized) FQDN constraint, mutex: there must be no route config within the set of artifacts

We don't know if this is needed to make the initial openshift integration work, but if it is we need it for GA.

It's not a blocker to GA but a good feature.
