Fix terminology deviations

Current behavior (how does the issue manifest): As part of the issue #65 discussion, concern has been raised by @mellistibco on the terminology used in the rules repository. For example trigger should be used to describe an input source into an action, instead of channel/etc.

The objective of this issue to Identify such terminology deviations across Rule repository and fix.
