Enhancement: Browsing/Using apps on call

Hey guys!

This feature would simply put allow users to browse their phone and use other apps while on a call. To return to the call information screen (where the hang-up button is etc) you could add some sort of button or interface somewhere, I'm not actually sure what'd be the best way to implement this. Maybe just a wide "pill" button that would appear on the top of the home screen, pushing app icons down? This button could contain simple call info, such as call length timer, and the other call participant's contact name/number.

I've been told this feature existed before but was rolled back because of technical issues. It'd be great to see it put back in! :)
