[Feature] Investigate CLI With Camera Feature

Feature description

Investigate if possible to use the Camera feature with the CLI and how.

Use Cases

If possible, this knowledge will help using the Camera's Test Cases (e.g. TC_WEBRTC_1_1) with the CLI application.

Camera AV Settings User Level Management Cluster
- TC-AVSUM-2.1 ~ 2.8

Camera AV Stream Management Cluster
- TC-AVSM-2.1 ~ 2.17

WebRTC Transport
- Integration Tests
  - TC-WEBRTC-1.1 ~ TC-WEBRTC-1.4, TC-WEBRTC-1.6 
  - Note: 
    - TC-WEBRTC-1.3 requires, --camera-deferred-offer runtime option in camera app
    - TC-WEBRTC-1.6 requires, --camera-test-audiosrc  option
    - If no camera hardware, --camera-test-videosrc option can be used

- WebRTC Transport Provider Cluster
  - TC-WEBRTCP-2.1 ~ TC-WEBRTCP-2.5

Push AV Stream Transport
- Integration Tests 
  - TC-PAVSTI-1.1 ~ TC-PAVSTI-1.2
  - Note
    - for both TCs requires --camera-test-audiosrc runtime option in camera app.

Closing as completed for the basic functionality of the Camera feature for the CLI. Now it's a matter of improving with support of new TCs and requirements.
