[Bug] Stress And Stability Issue With PICS

Describe the bug

When a PICS files are included in the project, the Stress & Stability feature is selecting in the background all applicable tests from the PICS file to the performance execution, even though they are incompatible.

This results in an infinite loading execution since TH is waiting for a pop-up response from the user.

[!NOTE] If the project configuration doesn't include any PICS file, the feature will work appropriately.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Add a PICS file to the project configuration.
2. Go to the "Utility" menu and select "Stress and Stability Tests"
3. Create a New Stress And Stability test run
4. Select any Performance test available
5. Check the infinite loading screen

Expected behavior

The Stress & Stability tests to run correctly even when a PICS file is provided to the project configuration.
