[Feature] TH image is not prasing the thread-dataset-hex, SSID and password values from "network" section for Python scripts

Feature description

  • As of now for python tests with ble-wifi and ble-thread transport, we are configuring the thread-dataset-hex, SSID and password fileds in "test_parameters" section and it will not be taken from the "network" section, even it's available.
  • The TH image needs to be updated with the thread-dataset-hex, SSID and password fileds should pass the values from "network" section for python tests.
