[Bug] Error on Matter update-sample-apps script

Describe the bug

The Matter update-sample-apps script is finishing with an error, which is blocking the execution of the following commands in the Matter setup script.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

Execute the update-setup-test-collections script: $ ./scripts/update-setup-test-collections.sh

Expected behavior

Expected the script to finish with success.
