[Feature] Backend / Frontend and SDK SHA to be displayed in Frontend UI

Feature description

Currently we only show the backend SHA , we need to be able to populate all the 3 SHA information in the TH UI

Use Cases

Members have expressed that they find it tricky to track especially when we ask them to pull from the same branch
