Trigger manual pipeline jobs from glab

Describe the feature or problem you'd like to solve We have some manual jobs in our pipelines. I want to trigger those jobs from the command line.

Propose a Solution Either a dedicated command:

glab ci trigger

or

glab ci manual

Or include a hotkey in the ncurses UI of glab ci view

This seems like a nice and easy enhancement. I will put this in my backlog, but if anyone is up for creating a PR for this, then they are more than welcome.

@hikhvar I just discovered an undocumented hot key - you actually can run pipeline jobs from the glab ci view screen (and rerun jobs that aren't manual with Ctrl-R
