Library not working with Eclipse

I get this error when I work on Eclipse

java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: no LIBWINPTHREAD-1 in java.library.path

And it was caused by this line : SoundFile sf = new SoundFile(this, "bark.mp3");

It has never happened before, I used to work with the PDE but I chose to work on Eclipse because I'm used to it and for all the essential functionalities for me.

I've been stuck on this issue for 2 days and I saw that someone had the same error as me but for different reasons (#46)
