Create page templates for tags and categories

Currently, the tags and categories that are added to each tutorial are either not brought to the surface or not actionable because the templates for the tag pages and category pages are empty.

We can think about how we should use the tags and categories available to us within each tutorial's MD document:

One way to solve this is to create a list or a grid of thumbnails of each tutorial that is tagged with the same tag.

I think one would expect to see a site listing all pages that contain the same tag.

But if this would require any time at all, I would instead propose just to get rid of the "tag" links. Cause no link is still better than a link to an empty page, right?

(But my priority website-wise would be the grid of available tutorials, tbh.)
