github workflow deployment of preview failing

Describe the bug

PRs trigger a workflow that deploys a preview of the change. This is failing with the error

Error: The deploy step encountered an error: remote: Permission to processing/processing-library-template.git denied to github-actions[bot].

Steps to reproduce

create a PR look at result of checks.

Expected behavior

checks to pass

Actual behavior

checks fail on deployment of preview
