Update library.properties to move problematic placed comments

Remove comments written directly after the 'version' and 'prettyVersion' properties which would otherwise conflict with Processing reading the library version.

No need to make this change, it's a bug that will be fixed in 4.0.2. Keep an eye on https://github.com/processing/processing4/issues/586
