readme file refers to old cdn link

make changes to readme to reflect this

@spiray thanks! we decided to have the files link locally to the file in the dist folder because it might be easier to tweak and test. just removing those lines in the readme should be fine. We just don't want to confuse anyone new to the library to be looking for CDN links.

There's no active cdn link of which I'm aware.
