stale-bot ignores orphaned issues

in patrolling the repository for issues to prune, the stale bot does not seem to consider orphaned issues, which were authored by someone who deleted the Github account, and are thus now owned by the placeholder ghost user.

Is this still relevant? If so, what is blocking it? Is there anything you can do to help move it forward?

this project appears abandoned though, so next time I'll let stale close this issue down, as a pun.
