Support for osx-arm64

When I try to install casm, on an M1 mac, it says that the package casm-cpp=1.2.0* was not found. Which I'm guessing is because there is no casm package for osx-arm64.

I think installing through autotools from source should still work. The conda packages for this version haven't been updated in a while.
