feat(directUrl): use new `directUrl` for CLI commands

4.10.0 introduced the new datasource property directUrl, which makes it easier for Prisma Client and CLI to use different connection strings.

(Would not be surprised if the preview will only work with a "deploy without cache" so Prisma Client is regenerated... @Jolg42 and @millsp spent quite some time with that problem - but no solution yet.)
