Tooltip box out of shape in Galaxy Fold

Describe the bug The box of tooltips gets out of the container when seen in the galaxy fold phone.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. Go to 'https://primer.style/css/components/tooltips'
  2. Scroll down to 'tooltip direction'
  3. inspect and see an error

Expected behaviour the button does not go out of the box.

@19shivii it says in the docs that the tooltip component is deprecated, so I don't think it's going to receive fixes anytime soon :<
