Trust bch.blockdozer.com

And after use https://bch.blockdozer.com/insight-api/addrs/1GnX7YYimkWPzkPoHYqbJ4waxG6MN2cdSg/utxo or bcc I have empty result from explorer. Why?

The explorers are unreliable, it's not an issue with pybitcointools. I'm working on switching to ElectrumX servers, but haven't had time to work on this for a couple of months due to other projects.
