Create a doc explaining how to make a test case and try contribute a fix

I think #7 is a great issue, to get this project rolling we're going to want to get more issues like this.

So ideally we should create a doc that shows how you can clone the repo, make a test for this and either take a stab or submit a WIP PR that peeps can help finish.
