Specify the remote/branch on pull

When calling the webhook, I get Merged changes from on 10.11.2016 and I except to receive Merged changes from origin/master on 10.11.2016, or the entire remote url Merged changes from github.com/vtemian/site.git:master on 10.11.2016

@vtemian why do you need this information there?

I don't think it's a good idea to put this kind of information because the webhook is a public URL

I need those information in order to understand the message...otherwise is pointless.
