Feature Request: Allow selectable predefined config from file

It would be awesome if there was a way to make a couple of config files that you can choose from in the field settings, which can define settings that should be enabled/disabled.

I find myself disabling/enabling similar settings when making new matrix fields.

I'm thinking, similar to how redactor does it, where there is a dropdown of config settings.

Are there no plans to implement this? This would be incredible useful.
