I think it'd be a good idea to integrate this plugin with https://github.com/rhysd/accelerated-jk/blob/master/plugin/accelerated-jk.vim. Or perhaps, some way to speed up the scrolling.

When scrolling via mouse/trackpad, support larger, multiline jumps to navigate rapidly across the document. The 1,0,-1 settings could be extended to support the number of rows to jump.

It looks to be regressing to gj and gk for the count.
