docs: Reword syntax concealing section

I thought the docs for disabling concealing but preserving syntax highlighting were confusing, so I rewrote it. Also, i added a few examples and other minor rewording while I was at it.

I'm creating this as a draft because generating the vim help files is still left to do.

I tried running make doc but ran into a series of errors I can't give the time to fix right now.(old beautifulsoup version? python 2?) I'm not gonna complete this in the foreseeable future, so if you are not interested in finishing this draft you can close the pr :)
