Trailing whitespace in empty line when doing sexy comment

I am not sure it's just me or something that I am missing. Whenever I tried to sexy comment a block of c(++) code, nerdcommenter will always create a trailing whitespace if the line was empty. Just like the following. Is there a way that I can stop this?
