Improve heatmap resolution

Heatmap SVG has the same resolution as an original IDD heatmap. As IDD user, I want to see high-resolution SVG heatmap even if the original IDD heatmap is low-resolution. So I propose generating a high-resolution heatmap when exporting SVG.
