Remove replace node

Summary

Currently, apps can specify a 3rd parameter to render.

render(<App />, document.body, document.body.firstChild);

This RFC proposes removing support for the 3rd parameter. However, we do appreciate the uses cases it supports and so also propose workarounds for them.
