installation with linux_setup.sh, error 1396

Hi I got an error during installation: Creating database and user ERROR 1396 (HY000) at line 1: Operation CREATE USER failed for 'phpminer'@'localhost' Setup required variables. Any clue what is wrong please? Thanks
