Logarithmic scale

There are cases where a logarithmic scale makes a lot of sense, e.g. price filter on a comparison site - where high definition is required at the low-end and not in the high-end.

@lebek I needed this to, I have a fork of the jquery-ui based slider, but I've not made a pull request to that project at this stage.

(edited - I confused angular-slider and angular/ui-slider for about the 10th time this week!)
