updated url redirection for vue tutorial

One of the Vue tutorial redirection link was not working.

Description

I have updated the redirection URL.

Motivation and Context

For all the beginners who want to learn Vue with Graphql, the redirection link was not working.

How Has This Been Tested?

I have tested it using the proper new URL.
