Add beatmap select screen when first arriving at the editor
A simple implementation allowing users to browse their own creations in a simple interface as an alternative to using song select.
What would this screen look like? Would it just mirror stable, where the edit selection screen seems to be just song select but with features cut?
I'm not really understanding what this would be providing other than user familiarity.
I'd see it as something of a table display, allowing quickly seeing recently edited beatmaps. Something like you'd find an recent documents on opening photoshop or google drive.
I just had a little brain burst. This editor select screen would be the perfect place to house mapping tools which concern multiple beatmaps, for example a hitsound copier. It could also have space to manage backups/older versions of beatmaps.
For sure, that's the intention of the screen. It would be the place you perform any set level operations, like making duplicates, copying metadata, etc.
