Issues with latest build (windows 11)

1. screen not showing when pressing "s" in ho_st
2. hardplay does not load buffers, console errors: urn illegal size 0, bufferwindow doesn't understand "sizeinsamps", bufferwindow doesn't understand "read"

couple of errors i have encountered, will be sure to post if other errors arise.

Thanks to Klaus and team for some solid updates lately.
