github-dark-theme Monospace links do not look like links

Links, using monospace formatting do not have link colors and underline. For example:

This text should be displayed as link

In default (white) scheme, links using monospace have usual link colors and underline, but not in dark theme

I can probably look into this in the weekend. I have also found some recent changes in the text color, and we now cannot tell if the text is a link or just plain text.

Okay, so it isn't just me, this is a recent change! Seeing this issue, which was written in March, made me wonder if I'd somehow just not noticed the problem for the last six months...

I appreciate you checking it out, @huyenltnguyen. I had to switch back to the default GH dark theme, and am missing the nicer colors already!
