Live model binding

It would be useful to have an option of live model bindings to form. It would be real MVC .

It might be good to just make sure we play nicely with existing libraries like Backbone.Stickit

What would it take (pointers appreciated) to tackle this? (Most interested in playing nice with Stickit). May be able to put in some effort .
