Unable to move cursor to the next position when at end of tab

Description Unable to move the cursor to the next position when at end of tab. It should automatically create a new bar at the end of the tab when the current bar is "full" or make space for a new note.

To Reproduce Create new tab, fill all spaces with notes, go to the last note and press cursor right.

Somewhat related, there is a menu item to insert space before the current position, but not after - so this doesn't work when you're at the very end of the staff.
