Bars don't wrap with "polish score"

Description Neither "polish score" and "polish system" wrap bars, when there are too many in one row. Also it should be configurable when bars are wrapped.

To Reproduce Keep adding bars to row, then run "polish score"

I think this might make more sense to have as an option only for "polish score", since moving bars into the next system may require bars to be pushed into the system after that, and so on.
