Add exporter for v1.7 files

Save as PTB file not PT2 function would be helpful!

Just curious, is this needed to then import the file into other applications that don't recognize .pt2, or are there other use cases?

Websites like ultimate-guitar.com support PT2 format uploads. I will probably be looking into this, because that's why I use PT.
