79% reduce file size with strip, ldflags and upx

upx -v --ultra-brute --lzma 

i got the filesize form 9.4M down to 2.0M

Sure, that's possible… but why do you care about this difference in binary size?

I do care about this difference in binary size, as my internet connection is most at the time Mobile broadband, and with the 3G Sunset in Germany it is getting worse in my case. (until i can move AND maybe can get then normal DSL or cable.
