[Bug] image is bigger than canvas

Describe the bug opening an image using context menu makes it bigger than canvas whether you checked bigger images or not in settings.

To Reproduce

• Right click an image
• click the "Image" main button or "Open Image" button
• voilà

Expected behavior Well, it should be fit-to-canvas instead of opening the original size.
