Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. SugarCRM no longer allows the use of php-curl and they do not want us to utilize php-guzzle directly. It would wonderful if I can contribute a PHP | SugarCRM code generator which will generate code in SugarCRM's approved library.

Describe the solution you'd like Within the code Generator. Generate code that utilizes Sugar's ExternalResourceClient functionality
