Discussed with @ikethecoder - this issue is only really relevant for Kong ACL Only flow (which made use of Grant Access and the Link Consumer to Namespace option). So added wontfix label.

For most API Providers, the OICD RBAC pattern is now preferred and Link Consumer to Namespace is not useful (and would be better off hidden). The same might be largely true for Grant Access.
