Added a warning when the server accepts TLSv1.0

There are several issues with TLSv1.0 and it's being deprecated everywhere. The general consensus is that it should not be used anymore and similar tools issue warnings for this.

I used "PV006" as the warning ID as it was not being used. My decision was completely arbitrary, feel free to change it.

I stepped it up even further in #12. Now there is a warning for TLS 1.0 and 1.1 since both are now deprecated.
